Everyone's Man – 39

"Colin."

A voice called his name. He shut it out, just as he'd shut it out that night when the man used his name, sneered it, barked it out. Giving orders he couldn't follow. Saying his name each time the cane tore into his back. Rolling it over his tongue like a love song each time his cock tore into the smaller man. Colin, pretty Colin. You want this, don't you Colin? And after me… you'll beg for the others too, Colin.

"NO!"

"I'm here. You're safe." The voice was soft. Caring.

"I'll never be safe," he moaned. "Never."

"You will!"

He knew the voice. Trusted it. "Marc," he moaned softly.

"Yes, I'm here. So is Bill."

Colin felt the bed dip and then strong arms wrapped around him, and a second pair. Holding him between them. Cradling him gently.

And he cried. Again.

Once Colin was calm, he haltingly told Marc and Bill what has set off his panic attack this time. He wasn't certain the two men would appreciate the fact that it was the sound of them heading to their bedroom to fuck that had turned him on to the point he needed to seek his own relief. They accepted that without blinking an eye. Then Marc told Colin that he wanted to take him back to the hospital for a checkup.

"I need to make certain you're healing properly. Your back and buttocks are, that's obvious, but we need to find out if the pain you experienced has any physical component."

"Couldn't you—" Colin started to say.

"I could. I could do it here, even, but I think it's better to have your doctor check you out. I'll call him to meet us there if he's not on shift already."

"Having the doctor do it is less personal, if you know what I mean," Bill explained to Colin.

"I…yeah. But that means we have to leave here." Still feeling the aftereffects of his breakdown, Colin looked at them fearfully.

"Which is why we're calling Keyes. He can come up with a safe escort."

It took an hour to get everything arranged and another twenty minutes before Keyes himself arrived at the apartment. He had told Marc unequivocally when Marc called that he and Bill were to stay home. "On the off chance our man has someone watching the hospital still, we don't want to tip them off that you and Colin are connected in any way, other than that you treated him in the ER."

Now, as he entered the apartment, Keyes took one look at Marc and told Bill, "Get him to bed before he falls asleep on his feet." Then he beckoned to Colin. "You ready?"

"No," Colin admitted honestly. "But it has to be done, so let's get it over with."

"You'll be back before you know it," Marc said. "Then it's pizza and movies."

"After your nap," Colin countered with a small smile.

"Yeah, yeah. So go already so I can do that."
