Plot

Luis Alberto Molina, a transgender window dresser, is in a prison in a Latin American country, serving his third year of an eight-year-sentence for corrupting a minor. He lives in a fantasy world to flee the prison life, the torture, fear and humiliation. His fantasies turn mostly around movies, particularly around a vampy diva, Aurora. He loves her in all roles, but one scares him: This role is the spider woman, who kills with her kiss.
One day, a new man is brought in his cell: Valentin Arregui Paz, a Marxist revolutionary, already in a bad state of health after torture. Molina cares for him and tells him of Aurora. But Valentin can't stand Molina and his theatrical fantasies and draws a line on the floor to stop Molina from coming nearer to him. Molina, however, continues talking, mostly to block out the cries of the tortured prisoners, about Aurora and his mother. Valentin at last tells Molina that he is in love with a girl named Marta.
Again, Valentin is tortured, again Molina has to care for him afterwards. In his fantasies, Aurora is next to him, helping him do so.
The prison director announces to Molina that his mother is very ill and that Molina will be allowed to see her. Condition: He must tell the name of Valentin's girlfriend.
Molina tells Valentin about his love: A waiter named Gabriel. Only a short while afterwards, Molina gets hallucinations and cramps after knowingly eating poisoned food intended for Valentin. He is brought to the hospital ward, talking to Aurora and his mother. As Molina is brought back, Valentin starts suffering from the same symptoms, also from poisoned food. Molina is afraid that Valentin will be given substances that might make him talk and so protects Valentin from being taken to the hospital. As Molina nurses him, Valentin asks him to tell him about his movies.
Molina is happy to do so; Valentin also shares his fantasies and hopes with Molina. Molina is allowed a short while at the telephone with his mother, back he announces to Valentin that he's going to be freed for his good behaviour the next day. Valentin begs him to do a few telephone calls for him, Molina at first refuses, but Valentin knows how to persuade his cell mate...
Molina is brought back the next day, heavily injured. He has been caught in the telephone call, but refuses to tell whom he has phoned. The warden draws his pistol, threatening to shoot him, if he doesn't tell. Molina confesses his love to Valentin and is shot. Aurora bends over him and gives her deadly kiss.

Homelessness

Today’s blog is a bit off-topic from my normal ones. I’ve written several stories, none published although I have posted them to my group, that revolve around or feature characters who live on the streets, especially teens. When my son was growing up he met, became friends with and sometimes brought home several homeless teens. They would stay with us on and off when they needed a place to crash for a day or three. Most of them respected the chance to have a warm place, safe place for a brief time. One didn’t and…well that’s neither here nor there.

Anyway, back to the topic at hand. In Denver there’s a newspaper called the Denver Voice which is sold on the street by homeless vendors. I pick up a copy as often as possible. This month’s issue has to do with hatred, hatred primarily aimed at LGBT people. If you are interested in reading some of the articles they can be found at - http://www.denvervoice.org/featuresnews/ One article in particular, ‘Respect My Pronouns’, talks about being bullied in school. (http://www.denvervoice.org/featuresnews/2011/4/1/respect-my-pronouns.html)

The video (below) tells a bit about the newspaper itself and the people who are vendors as well as those responsible for its being published

.

"Denver Voice mission: to facilitate a dialogue addressing the roots of homelessness by telling stories of people whose lives are impacted by poverty and homelessness and to offer economic, educational and empowerment opportunities for the impoverished community."

Thrill Me

Thrill Me: The Leopold & Loeb Story is a musical with a book, music, and lyrics by Stephen Dolginoff. It is based on the true story of Nathan Leopold and Richard Loeb, the so-called "thrill killers" who murdered a young boy in 1924 in order to commit "the perfect crime." The story is told in flashbacks, beginning with a 1958 parole hearing.

The show had a small production in 2003 at the Midtown International Theater Festival in New York City. It was then staged as a larger Off-Broadway production in 2005 by the York Theatre Company/Jim Kierstead.

The Seattle Channel interviews writer/composer/actor Stephen Dolginoff, who reprises his off-Broadway role as "Nathan Leopold" in the ArtsWest Seattle production of THRILL ME. John Bartley co-stars as "Richard Loeb" in this feature story which includes rehearsal footage.

Plot summary

It is 1958 at Joliet Prison, Illinois, where Nathan “Babe” Leopold faces the Parole Board for the fifth time. He tells them the facts of the “crime of the century” that sent him to prison thirty-five years earlier ("Why"). But this time he reveals more than ever, hoping it will lead to his release. In his memory, he goes back to 1924 Chicago, where, as a nineteen year old boy, he anxiously meets up with Richard Loeb, a classmate with whom he has shared friendship, sex and participation in minor crimes. Richard, who has been away at college, treats Nathan indifferently. Nathan begs to renew their relationship before separating again after the summer to attend different law schools ("Everybody Wants Richard"). Richard relents and allows Nathan to join in his activity for the evening – setting an abandoned warehouse on fire. In front of the blaze ("Nothing Like a Fire"), which arouses Richard, Nathan finally gets what he wants.
The next day, Nathan implores Richard, who is voraciously reading Nietzsche, to stop the criminal activity. Instead Richard, now empowered by the theory of the Superman, threatens to drop Nathan completely unless they create "A Written Contract" detailing that Richard will satisfy Nathan’s sexual needs only in exchange for Nathan’s expertise as his accomplice in petty crimes. Reluctantly, Nathan agrees. They sign in blood and their crime spree continues until Richard fails to live up to his end of the agreement ("Thrill Me"). Richard explains that he is bored with the misdemeanors and wants to commit a “superior” crime: the murder of a young boy ("The Plan") and a phony ransom scheme after the killing. Richard insists that their intellect and meticulous plotting will prevent them from being caught. Nathan has no choice but to agree or risk Richard’s wrath.
Back in 1958 at Joliet before the Parole Board, Nathan explains his feelings ("Way Too Far") as he recalls how Richard prepared the murder weapons and supplies: rope, a crowbar and a bottle of acid. Richard lures the victim by promising a ride in his "Roadster". While cleaning up the murder scene, Richard extols the virtues of being "Superior" (see video below) to a shaken Nathan. Back at Richard’s house they compose the bogus "Ransom Note" and proceed with their plans. The next day, the newspapers reveal that, despite their careful planning, the body has been found. As a few more days go by, Nathan’s missing eye-glasses are discovered near the scene of the crime. While Nathan panics, Richard tries to calm him ("My Glasses/Just Lay Low") over the phone. When the glasses are eventually traced to Nathan, Richard helps him concoct an emergency alibi and coaches him in how to answer the cops ("I'm Trying to Think"). After Nathan is successful with the police, Richard declares their relationship over so he can protect his future as a lawyer. He reminds Nathan that everything would have been fine if the glasses hadn’t been dropped. Feeling betrayed, Nathan cuts a deal with prosecutors, turning in Richard in exchange for a lighter sentence.
When arrested, Richard realizes there is no way out and works his charms on Nathan ("Keep Your Deal With Me") by convincing him to give up the deal and accept the same punishment. While awaiting the penalty trail in his jail cell, Richard doesn't realize Nathan can hear him muttering to himself that he is truly "Afraid" despite his strong façade. Thanks to the cunning strategies of their lawyer, Clarence Darrow, they escape the death penalty and are sentenced to prison. Behind bars, Nathan finally reveals his own shocking plan: fearing the loss of Richard, he went along with the murder but stayed one step ahead the entire time, even deliberately planting his glasses, knowing that all this would ensure his desire to be together forever, or at least for "Life Plus 99 Years". Now that the whole truth has finally been exposed, back at Joliet prison Nathan is granted parole. It is a bittersweet victory; since Richard was murdered by another inmate years before, Nathan must face the outside world alone ("Finale").

From the PBS Broadcast of the 51st Annual Drama Desk Awards. Stephen Dolginoff and Doug Kreeger perform the song "SUPERIOR" from the nominated Off-Broadway musical THRILL ME: THE LEOPOLD & LOEB STORY by Stephen Dolginoff. The show was nominated for BEST MUSICAL and BEST MUSIC SCORE

Circumsice Me - by Blak Rayne

Say what? Oh ouch! When my son was born (this was with my first husband) we viciously argued as to whether he should suffer the same fate as millions of other male infants around the world or if he should be left unscathed. In the end my ex won and I refused to be there when the surgery was done. I told him point blank. “You want him mutilated then you can be there when he screams!” I never set foot in the hospital during the procedure. I relentlessly paced the entrance puffing on a cigarette like a steam locomotive. And guess what? A couple of hours later my ex comes outside to shamefully admit. “You were right. Never again.”
 Here are the stats:
At one time people believed that removing the upper portion, the excess from the foreskin would ensure cleanliness.
Some religions (Judaism and Islam) believe it is the path to godliness–a sign of the covenant (pledging their child to God).
But does removing this extra flesh have an effect on the male infants sexual future? The way I see it, it’s an unnecessary evil that has infiltrated our society. It’s painful and can cause (in some cases) permanent physical damage, especially if the doctor performing the surgery it is an inept idiot–and you’ve heard the horror stories I’m sure. God, Mother Nature, evolution–whoever or whatever you believe, made men this way and did so for a reason.
 Here are the facts:
Following circumcision the surface of the glans will develop a thick, dry layer of toughened skin, which makes it less sensitive to unwanted stimulation, but also less sensitive to lovemaking. All circumcised men have an annular scar on the shaft of the penis. For some men, so much skin has been removed that erection becomes difficult and even painful. This is the most common complaint. I knew a man who’s skin split to the point he’d bleed every time he had an erection. He never enjoyed sex.
Here are just a few of the amazing things the foreskin does:
The foreskin protects the penis from friction and abrasion while keeping the glans moisturized and soft with emollient oils. It lubricates the glans and coats this area with a waxy protective substance. The foreskin provides an aid to masturbation and foreplay. Love that one! Literally safe sex boys! It serves as an aid to penetration and reduces friction and chafing during intercourse. The foreskin also works as erogenous tissue because of the rich supply of erogenous receptors, plus when inside the female it stimulates the G-spot.
Another interesting point–during intercourse, as you know, the foreskin slides up and down the shaft of the penis. This action stimulates the glans and the sensitive erogenous receptors of the foreskin. When the man pulls back the glans is partially or completely swallowed by the foreskin. This is known as the gliding mechanism. This gliding is the mechanics of intercourse and Nature's way. As such, the gliding contributes greatly to sexual pleasure. Also, because more of the foreskin remains inside the vagina, the woman's natural lubrication isn’t drawn out to evaporate. Of course this makes sex easier and it isn’t necessary to use artificial lubricants. I bet you didn’t know that ladies!
Now lets discuss a bit more of the sexual aspect. What man out there doesn’t love having his cock sucked? If you deny it, you’re a liar and deserve fifty lashes from a wet noodle! Every man wants you (his partner) to worship his cock. They love the heat, the moisture and your head bobbing up and down in his lap–what could be better? And deep down it’s a dominance thing, isn’t it? Oh come on…admit it. On some level we’re all a little primitive here. A lot of women fantasize about the unspoken–naughty! And the men get excited just visualizing it. **Force Me**
Anyway, giving decent head takes practice and a little know-how. You need to strengthen the jaw muscles–chewing gum on a regular basis does wonders. You also need to touch wherever he finds it most pleasing, which means you ask. Take the time to learn from each other. Part of great sex is growing in a wealth of knowledge as well as putting that knowledge into physical practice.
Does your man’s hood reduce what you feel versus a man without a foreskin?
I’ve heard the pros and cons. Most women who’ve had both can’t discern or it doesn’t matter. Others swear by hoodless while some want the bigger, fuller feeling. But then again it’s all in how the man uses his penis! For the man, circumcision can mean the difference between an enriched sexual life to one that may lack. So before you make the choice for your infant son, consider all the facts because circumcision cannot be reversed.
Speaking from a sexual perspective I think it’s safe to say whether you have an intact foreskin or not doesn’t define your performance or what your partner feels. Sex is just as much a state of mind as it is a physical act. And in most cases it is our mental state that can hamper our ability to achieve sexual fulfillment. Experiment–though we’re all human and basically constructed the same, what works for one may not always work for another!

We Are What We Are - 3

The Rocky Horror Show is a long-running British horror comedy stage musical, which opened in London on 19 June 1973. It was written by English-born New Zealander Richard O’Brien, and developed by O'Brien in collaboration with Australian theater director Jim Sharman.
The play was adapted as the 1975 film The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

This show tells the story of two clean cut kids, Brad Majors and Janet Weiss, who run into car trouble and seek help at the site of light down the road. Little do they know it's coming from the place where Dr. Frank N Furter is in the midst of his maniacal experiments. The play is a rock musical, a spoof of science fiction movies, and a bizarre story of seduction and sexual confusion..(for some)

Muse -snorting-

Muse: the goddess or the power regarded as inspiring a poet, artist, thinker, or the like.

It is a very personal aversion of mine but I truly dislike hearing the word ‘muse’ used as an excuse for not being able to write, such as ‘My muse isn’t talking to me at the moment’ or ‘I think my muse ran away because I can’t seem to get my story moving’. I envision a little pink elf-like creature who sits on someone’s shoulder when they’re writing and whispers the words into their ear as if the writer has no control over what is happening.

It’s not some pixie or goddess or any other such ‘creature’ inspiring or inhibiting the writer. Life inspires, ideas inspire, ‘what-if’s’ inspire, pictures inspire, many other things inspire, and all of those are in the writer’s mind and heart and soul. No Greek goddess came wandering in, sat down opposite the writer and said, “Today you will create such and such a story.” No, the author came up with it in their own fertile mind.

By the same token said Greek goddess, or however you envision a muse, did not decide to go off and play with her male counterpart and thus leave the author hanging by his or her fingernails as they wonder what should come next in the story they’re working on. Yes life can step in and mess things up and that’s an acceptable ‘excuse’. Or the author can look at a page and say “This is not working so I have to rethink it,” but it’s on the author’s shoulders to do that. To sit around and say ‘Where is my muse?” is, in my humble opinion, a cop out of the worst sort.

The author is his or her own ‘muse’, nothing more, nothing less.

End of rant.

Good Boys Do

Before I delve into the beneficial world of Tantra sex/massage, I’d like to take a line to introduce myself. For those who don't know me, my name is, Blak Rayne. I know the name screams celebrity (only teasing) but I can assure you I’m not a model or singer. I am, however, an author of homoerotic literature and also one who enjoys blogging quite regularly - plus I like to hang out @ Edward's blog and you know, harass him. LOL

Sex isn’t anything new. Sex has been around since the birth of mankind. But what makes the sex fascinating is the cultural diversity behind it. Every race has a different set of rules, myths and a philosophy indicative of their culture, which can and usually does have close ties to a religious belief. One of the oldest examples of spirituality meeting with sexuality is that of an Eastern teaching, called the Tantra, whose origins date back to four thousand years ago in India.

I read webpage after webpage until my eyes were burning and I confess, there is so much to learn. Tantra is a total surrender of mind, body and soul, to create and cultivate sexual freedom that liberates and expands your consciousness. Say that three times fast! Basically, in layman’s terms, the idea is to produce a more enriched sexual experience for both parties through various techniques of stimulation i.e. breathing and massage. Another important aspect of Tantra sex is the chakras, which are energy centers in the body between the pelvis and the top of the head. Tantric (sacred sexuality) is to experience the merging of two beings via their sexual energy.

Everything in nature is viewed as energy (chakra) – energy that moves at a different rate, making itself visible through space, time and so on.  And these energies, if existing in balance will produce a harmonious peace. When these energies become unbalanced we may find ourselves with poor health and even lack when it comes to sexual performance. Before any sexual activity, it is important to bring your energy centers (chakras) into balance. There are seven primary chakras in the body, each with a specific function. The three above the Heart Chakra pertain to intelligence and spirituality, and the three below pertain to physical and emotional needs. The spirit must function in harmony with the flesh and the Heart Chakra is the balance between.

Tantra doesn’t discriminate. It’s a sexual practice that can be enjoyed by anyone – heterosexual or homosexual. All you need is trust and a willingness to experiment. Keep an open mind, relax and I promise, from what I’ve read, you will orgasm to your heart’s content. There are two sides to Tantra sex one male and one female and it’s the male side I’ve found to be the most fascinating. There are certain ritualistic steps leading up to an evening of Tantra that help to prepare the body, mind and soul.

Step One: Preparation

There is a long list of ways to prepare for an evening of Tantra sex and it’s something that you’d definitely have to research thoroughly before attempting. I can’t possibly explain and neither do I want to, as I’m not an expert. But to give a basic outline your chakras must be in balance, which also includes your physical and mental preparation. It is advised that the necessary exercises be preformed in the nude for five to ten minutes every day; breathing, relaxation, stretching and controlled masturbation are part of the process. Once you’ve achieved a heightened sense of awareness, your mind, body and soul is open then you are ready for the next step.

Step Two: The Bathing Ceremony

Cleanliness is next to Godliness and it is also a part of sex that does matter and aid in making the experience that much more pleasurable. Fill the tub part way with warm water (not too hot) but at a temperature you find the most relaxing. It is recommended that you use a variety of scented oils and soaps to induce a sense of calm, those that you find to be the most appealing. The giver can then use these soaps and oils to massage your body and to cleanse, starting at the temples and working his/her way down to your toes. The warmth, massage and scents will relieve all your stress and any anxiety. The giver is encouraged to use perhaps a soft sponge and candlelight is always a welcome addition to the ambience. You will know when you’re fully relaxed and can progress.

Step Three: Tantra Lingam (Penis-Wand of Light) Massage

The whole purpose of Tantra/Tantric massage is to induce a trance like state – not orgasm, where there are no more emotional, mental or physical barriers, and whatever problems you may have been fretting over are gone. If mastered, in time, you will become fully receptive to the giver and you’ll enjoy prolonged and multiple orgasms during actual intercourse. Lingam massage is essential to reaching a spiritual and physical ecstasy.

It is advised that the receiver lay on his back with his head, neck and upper torso supported by lots of pillows – whatever he finds most comfortable. Then the giver should also place more pillows behind the knees and under the legs so they are spread apart with the knees slightly bent, which provides unobstructed access to the genitals but still be resting at a comfortable angle. Once your partner is ready, he should do some deep breathing and then the massaging can commence. It is suggested that you massage chest, nipple area, abdomen, thighs and legs first, while reminding the receiver to continue with the deep breathing. Begin by pouring a small amount of oil on the shaft and testicles then gently massage the testicles. Then massage the scrotum, the pubic bone and the perineum. Of course don’t forget to massage the shaft. Varying the pressure and speed can be quite enjoyable. It is advised to gently squeeze the base of the shaft with your right hand and pull up, making sure to slide off. You should alternate between both hands and then change direction by squeezing at the head. This is to be repeated over and over then the massaging can move up to the head. Cup the head and move in a circular motion. If the receiver is going to ejaculate the giver must stop and allow time for the shaft to soften.

Another part of the Lingam massage is the sacred spot. This spot is a small indentation approximately halfway between the testicles and anus. When you locate the sacred spot you must be gentle and push inward. The receiver will feel pressure deep inside and for some it may be uncomfortable. But by way of repetition, the more this area is massaged and softened; the receiver will eventually be able to take pleasure in longer orgasms and controlled ejaculation. When the receiver is close to ejaculate you can press into the sacred spot. At this point he may experience some overwhelming emotions; this is a normal reaction and the giver must be reassuring. After the massage is finished it’s important to allow the receiver time to rest. And don't forget you can swap with your partner and instead of playing the giver you become the receiver–wouldn't that be awesome!

Wow it’s getting a little hot in here–if I wore glasses they’d be steamed! LOL I think it’s time to call it quits for today! I hope you enjoyed ‘Good Boys Do’ as much as I enjoyed researching and writing about it! Thanks for reading! Happy Yaoi Hunting!
